build a house in that zone, one's land needs to be at least
100 000 sqm, which is 24. 710 538 in acres.
* Since the size of my land does not qualify for that,
theoretically, there are two options to obtain a permission
to build a house on it:
1. Conducting some agriculture activity on the land to
generate some profit to be able to prove that the land is
serving the purpose it was zoned for, because this is what
they are looking at.
2. Buying one of the bordering lands over the time to make
a bigger land so it will automatically qualify for building
a house.
The potential buyers who want to work and live on the land
temporarily, they could either set up a motor home, or make
use of the garage/shed existing on the land which is not
very comfortable but is good enough to rest after the work.
