Conducting some agriculture activity on the land to generate some profit to be able to prove that the land is serving the purpose it was zoned for, because this is what they are looking at. 2. Buying one of the bordering lands over the time to make a bigger land so it will automatically qualify for building a house. The potential buyers who want to work and live on the land temporarily, they could either set up a motor home, or make use of the garage/shed existing on the land which is not very comfortable but is good enough to rest after the work. Some cleaning is required!
